Cristiano Ronaldo was asked to wear a face mask during Portugal’s 4-1 victory over Croatia in the UEFA Nations League.
Ronaldo, who has scored 99 international goals for Portugal, was watching the game from the stands. It was reported that the skipper was left out from the squad due to a toe infection.

A satirical football Twitter account, @FootyHumour, posted a video showing Ronaldo being asked to wear his face mask during the game. The tweet said, “Even if your name is Cristiano Ronaldo, you are not above the mask law in Portugal ?”
The Juventus star did not argue and reacted accordingly by putting on the mask and continued on watching his teammates on the field. Being one of the greatest football player in the world has it perks – but getting away with the mask law is not one of it.
