The government has previously announced that they will be giving out RM50 worth of eWallet credit through the ePENJANA initiative.
For the uninitiated, the amount will be credited after registering one’s self via the MySejahtera application. However, it was reported that many were unable to access the application – presumably due to the large amount of users flocking to the account.
Pendaftaran untuk aplikasi MySejahtera sesak pada masa ini. Sila cuba mendaftar selepas beberapa jam. Harap maaf.

In response, the Ministry of Health (MoH) took to Twitter yesterday (Monday, 8th June) to address the issue. The ministry wrote, “The registration for the MySejahtera app is overloaded for now. Please try again after a few hours.” The government also issued a statement, urging Malaysians to remain patient while waiting for the MySejahtera app to be accessible to the public again.
As we’ve covered before, Malaysians aged 18 and above, with an annual income of less than RM100,000, are eligible to receive additional discount vouchers and cashback worth the aforementioned amount for physical transactions (e-commerce transactions are excluded). Additionally, word has it that the amount is set to be credited as early as July.
Have y’all managed to access the MySejahtera yet?
