Dato’ Rizalman’s Special Fan Passes Away In Her Sleep

It’s a sad, sad day for famed fashion designer Dato’ Rizalman Ibrahim.

As reported by OhMyMedia, his “special” little fan, Airen Nurain has sadly passed away this morning (Wednesday, 22nd April). She had been fighting a long battle of chronic kidney disease and also brain tumour.

Rizalman took to his Instagram to address the reports himself. In the caption, the Penang-born style guru expressed his sadness upon receiving the unfortunate news via WhatsApp. “I am very sad because I know this day would come eventually. May Allah place Airen among the nobility along with her parents and family. (Her passing) affects me as well,” wrote the 48-year-old.

The comments section has been flooded with a number of Rizalman’s followers and fans expressing their grief over the sad news of Airen’s death. They shared their warm prayers and condolences to the deceased die-hard fan as well as her family members.

Back in February, Rizalman managed to fulfil the 12-year-old’s wish to meet him in person during his “Kesuma Jiwa” show held at Istana Budaya with Dayang Nurfaizah.
