An Indonesian-based account called @bertinder recently posted a few screenshots of a conversation she had with a Tinder user online. Interestingly, the young politician’s photo was seemingly used as the profile picture, but with a different username; Ricky.

“Hi @bertinder, can you help me find this guy? He matches with me but I doubt that this is the real him and he just used someone else’s picture. And please censor my username, thank you,” the concerned lady wrote in the chat.
In this case, @bertinder’s response was priceless! Shocked with the fact that the girl didn’t even recognise the former Youth and Sports minister, the user responded, “Seriously?” before she replied by saying that the account looked “a bit suspicious”, expressing her concerns that the guy might use someone else’s photo to catfish.
“He’s a Malaysian minister! How come you didn’t know?!” said @bertinder in an amusing manner, much to the Tinder user’s surprise. As a result, the tweet has managed to gain over 17,000 retweets. Better yet, it even caught Syed Saddiq’s attention as well.
