Members of local media outlets have been gathering in front of Istana Negara since Sunday (23rd February) to get the latest scoop on the current politics situation following Tun Mahathir Mohamad’s sudden resignation as the 7th Prime Minister.
In this case, Istana Negara personnel, lead by our Yang Di-pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah have taken extra measures in ensuring the welfare of media staffs who were mentally and physically drained after hours of covering the story.

Over the past few days, they’ve enjoyed signature KFC and McDonald’s delicacies to fulfil their hungry tummies. Just this morning, members of the media located at the palace got to enjoy chocolate malt beverage Milo served from a special truck stationed there.
Other brands like Tealive, Nasi Lemak Royale and even Tune Talk have also joined in on the bandwagon in treating staffs with their signature delicacies, all of the aforementioned were upon Agong’s request. He even came down in person to check on the media personnel’s current condition. Much respect!
