BTS (방탄소년단) has just released their critically-acclaimed new album titled, “Map of the Soul: 7” and are currently busy promoting it.
With so much content on the internet, it’s hard to just zoom in on one particular thing. But a recent revelation from RM (랩몬스터) and Jungkook (정국) caught our attention.
During their appearance on “The Tonight Show”, Jimmy Fallon got the boys to recall their first impressions of one another. “When I first saw Jungkook, I was only wearing underwear,” RM (real name Kim Nam Joon) confessed. The BTS leader explained that when BTS maknae introduced himself as the group’s new member, they were all at the trainee’s house.
“I was the first member for this group,” explained RM. Suga and J-Hope were the second and third members respectively. “I joined Big Hit through an audition. Even back then, somebody was always walking around in just boxers,” added Suga. Boys will be boys right?
During the candid chat, Fallon also got the boys to share their career dreams before BTS became a thing. The following answers read:
- RM: Businessman
- V: Saxophonist
- J-hope: Tennis player (we don’t know if he was serious though)
- Jin: Actor
- Jungkook: Pro-gamer
- Jimin: Become Jimin Fallon (alright, this was definitely a joke)
- Suga: Producer/ Singer-songwriter
Don’t just stop here though. Thanks to the “The Tonight Show”, we also got to witness the South Korean mega stars take on Jimmy Fallon’s Subway Olympics tournament:
