Revived and refreshed, ISETAN The Japan Store has just gotten a make over and the lifestyle destination is now better than ever!
Located at Bukit Bintang’s Lot 10, the store has updated itself to bring on the best in Japanese fashion, accessories and food. The updated stores was also specially curated, so that they share ISETAN’s philosophy of bringing the best in design and quality to its customers.
Each of the 6 floors also comes with a different theme, to ensure a better shopping experience on the variety of outlets available. This and the update stores have resulted in ISETAN becoming a lifestyle destination staple for the best in shopping and also dining experience in KL.
Ground Floor – The Design
The ground floor also known as The Design features some of the best in exclusive Japanese and Malaysian fashion designer and limited edition collectibles. Hosting a variety of brands, the stores that are available on GF are Mastermind World, #FR2, Porter and Comme Des Garcons, Billionaire Boys Club, alongside local brands A by Jane, Joe Chia, Motoguo and Jonathan Liang amongst others. The floor also features premium brands such as Seiko, Imayo, Leica, Bearbrick and so on.
ISETAN is also responsible for the revealed of the exclusive collaboration between renown Japanese denim label FDMTL and celebrated Malaysian fashion designer Joe Chia, which was mark as the collection’s first global launch before all others.
First Floor – The Fashion
The first floor presents a curated selection of some of the best women’s and men’s fashion and accessories. Customers will be spoilt for choice, as ladies can enjoy a selection of top of the line brands such as Ecesis, Bebebutterfy, Island Shop, Max-Tino, David Jones, Cath Kidston and Oyone Paris. Men on the other hand, can opt for a much more sportier look with brands like Anta, RYZ and the first store-in-store location for sports brand Li-Ning.
Second Floor – The Wellness
It pays to take care of your health, so the second floor of The Japan Store might be the best place to stock up on your supplies. Celebrate all things beauty, healh and well-being with fitness brands such as Arena, Huitieme Sport Studio, Surfers Paradise and UFL Outdoor.
The floor also boasts a spa called Hammam Spa and a hair Salon named Number 76. What’s more, the floor also debuted the gluton-free vegetarian café named Salubre – perfect for those of you that wants some me-time.
Third Floor – The Lifestyle
Frequent travellers can also find what they need in Wings, Antler or Boarding Gate and stylish ladies travel wear rental from Fashion Library Winter Clothing which are all located on the third floor. Whilst for those seeking a bit of home improvement can find exactly what they need on the same floor with premium bedding by The Linens Company, Grand Atelier and Jean Perry to an impressive Dyson space displaying the latest in its technology.
Fourth Floor – The Table

The fourth floor called, The Table, is the Japan Store’s premium dining floor. Choose between a collection of some of their most successful restaurant like THE TOKYO RESTAURANT, Tonkatsu ANZU, Sushi AZABU, Mizutaki TORIDEN, Yakiniku TORAJI, Yakitori and Robata TOUAN.

If customer preferred a taste closer to home, then make your way to The Market that is located on the store’s lower ground floor. There, customer can find a culinary and delicacy haven for both Japanese and Malaysian produce and food with Dashi Saya (deli), Hirashima (sushi), Huckleberry (café) and Ramen (Dining Tabushi).
