AirAsia BIG has added PETRONAS Mesra as their partner for its instant points exchange platform BIG XChange.
The PETRONAS-owned convenience store chain will be AirAsia’s very first partner with this two-way conversion, giving users more freedom to choose how they use their loyalty points.
Starting from 29th August 2019 onwards, BIG members will be able to link their PETRONAS Mesra account to their AirAsia BIG account via BIG XChange, available on the AirAsia BIG mobile app, to instantly convert Mesra Points to BIG Points and vice versa at the following rates:
- 1,250 BIG Points to 600 Mesra Points
- 2,000 Mesra Points to 500 BIG Points

To celebrate this partnership, 10 lucky BIG Members and Mesra Members who convert their points between today (30th August 2019) till 30th November 2019 might stand a chance to win 100,000 BIG Points plus 20,000 Mesra Points worth RM200 each.
