A popular burger shop in Penang, Ric’s Burger has introduced a special creation to celebrate the durian season in Malaysia – a durian burger, but not just any durian, the Musang King Durian Burger!
Located in Bayan Lepas, the first-of-its-kind creation features durian patty made of Musang King durian from Penang, wrapped with Mozarella cheese and butter, which is then double coated with eggs and breadcrumbs, and then fried to perfection.
The patty is later topped with melted durian flesh and cheese, before being served between 2 regular sesame buns.

The special burger made for durian lovers costs RM25.90, and it has gone viral on social media since its launch, getting all sort of reaction on social media.
