“Avengers: Endgame” is set to return to the big screen with never-before-seen footage, revealed Marvel CEO Kevin Feige.
In an effort to beat “Avatar”‘s massive box office record ($2.788 billion), Marvel is planning to re-release “Endgame”. At $2.743 billion, the blockbuster hit is only $45 million shy of matching “Avatar”‘s record.
Following the breaking news from overseas, TGV Cinemas took to its Facebook page to tease, “Will this be happening in TGV Cinemas, you ask? Well, I can tell you that you should pay very close attention to our page for exciting announcements to come!”
Do note that this re-released version isn’t “an extended cut of the 3-hour epic” but “additional post-credit surprises”. “Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theaters with a bit of a marketing push with a few new things at the end of the movie. If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there’ll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises,” Feige told Screen Rant.

To add to Feige’s comment, we heard that the new footage “includes 7 minutes of bonus content & Stan Lee tribute.”
