After the last “Fantastic Four” movie failed horribly at the box office, Marvel attempts to try to revive the franchise once more.
According to We Got This Covered, the studio is looking to reboot the movie for 2022 and Kevin Feige is totally into the idea. Marvel even plans to get “Ant-Man” director Peyton Reed to possibly helm the movie.

For the reboot, it is rumoured that Marvel is eyeing real-life celebrity couple John Kransinski and Emily Blunt as Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) and Sue Storm (Invisible Woman), respectively.
Rumours about the real-life couple playing the onscreen couple have been going around since last year, and Krasinski even told Screen Rant in an exclusive interview that he would “love” to play the role.

Kransinski and Blunt have a wonderful chemistry on and off screen as seen in many of their interviews as well as in the box office hit “A Quiet Place”, so it makes sense why many fans are very supportive towards the idea.
Furthermore, the married couple were almost casted in Marvel movies after all. Kransinski previously auditioned for the role of “Captain America” but lost it to Chris Evans while Blunt was offered the role of “Black Widow” but she turned it down due to other projects.

since y'all are talking about emily blunt as black widow now, lemme explain some things: YES, she was supposed to play the part but bc of her contract with fox, she was forced to appear in another film of them, aka "Gulliver's Travel's" so she refused bc of scheduling conflict pic.twitter.com/a5npp1FnQD

Nevertheless, the movie is still in very early stage production and Marvel has yet to confirm anything as the couple are only two of the many actors considered for the roles so there’s no guarantee that they’ll end up in the reboot.
But honestly, we couldn’t think of any one better to play the roles other than John Kransinski and Emily Blunt. What do you guys think?
