Jennifer Lawrence and fiancé Cooke Maroney recently celebrated their engagement party but we weren’t invited (boo!).
Fortunately though, we live in an era of social media. This means the likelihood of big events popping up online is positive. Thanks to styling duo Jill Lincoln and Jordan Johnson, fans got a glimpse at the Oscar winner’s engagement celebration in New York City.

“Here she comes,” the pair wrote. “We couldn’t be happier and more excited for #jenniferlawrence to become a #MRS.. this weekend we toasted Jen and her groom to be.. too good of a time was had by all.”
According to E! News, the pair kept it low key (it was relaxed but still romantic) as the special celebration took place at an apartment building. Only an intimate group of family and friends were present to toast to the couple’s pre-marital milestone.

Lawrence looked stunning in blush pink bridal gown – yep! an actual wedding dress – for the affair. Called the Juliana, the long-sleeved chiffon dress (with a deep v-cut and thigh-high slit) was designed by L. Wells Bridal. The design, which reportedly cost US$2,300, was paired with matching blush Casadei shoes, Leighton Jewels earrings and a Roger Viver bracelet clutch.
Her 34-year-old art dealer fiancé, on the other hand, kept things classic with a simple navy blue suit, white button-down and grey tie.
