Netflix’s “Kingdom” season 2 is officially in production.

Majority of the cast and crew from Netflix’s original Korean drama series recently got together and pose for a group shot following their first script reading. They also held a rites ceremony for a smooth process throughout the duration of filming.

Filming had officially kicked off on 12th February (Tuesday) with the main cast. Joo Ji Hoon, Bae Doona, Ryu Seung Ryon, and the rest of the recurring supporting actors were also joined by newcomers Park Byung Eun and Kim Tae Hoon.

Kim Seong Hun was responsible for directing the first season for “Kingdom”. However, Park In Jae will take over as director for the zombie period drama beginning from season 2’s episode 2 onwards.
