Oh boy! That’s a lot of dinosaurs.
Just moments ago, Universal Pictures has unveiled a brand new teaser trailer for “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom“. The first full trailer is expected to be released by Friday (8th December).
Although the teaser is predictably short (it’s only 15 seconds), it does gives moviegoers a first glimpse at a new character played by Justice Smith. Not much is known about him except that he’s a young scientist in “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom”. In addition, the upcoming instalment will also see the return of Owen Grady (played by Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (played by Bryce Dallas Howard) to the franchise.
In the clip, we also see Owen Grady running frantically from a cloud of smoke and warning his friends to run away. Then we see why he’s running. There’s a full-on dinosaur outbreak taking place as Isla Nublar burns to the ground from possibly an erupting volcano.
Here’s another teaser while we wait for the official trailer:

When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen and Claire mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who’s still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission. Arriving on the unstable island as lava begins raining down, their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order not seen since prehistoric times.”
