The queens of K-pop are b-back!
After much anticipation and teasing, Girls’ Generation (소녀시대) has finally released their long-awaited studio album, “Holiday Night”. And that’s not all, SM Entertainment has also dropped the music videos for their double title songs – “Holiday” and “All Night” – to celebrate the group’s 10th debut anniversary.
This marks the group’s first release since “Lion Heart” in 2015.
Meanwhile, “All Night” is a party anthem that was written by SM producer Kenzie (real name Kim Yeon Jung), who penned Girls’ Generation’s debut single “Into the New World” and other hits such as “Oh!”. It sings about falling in love on a summer night’s party.
The music video (above) for the upbeat dance track sees the group enjoying themselves at a club. It also features each member detailing their journey in Girls’ Generation.
Meanwhile, the clip for “Holiday” shows the members, who are dressed in cute and colourful outfits, dancing cheerily against various backdrops. The track was written by member Seohyun and is described as a fresh summer track that highlights the group’s energetic vocals.
