The countdown is on. We’re only 10 days away from the grand launch of YG Republique at TREC Kuala Lumpur, a YG-Entertainment-owned eatery that will serve up F&B in true blue Korean style.

YG Republique will feature with 2 of its famous F&B brands, 3Geori Butcher’s aka Samgeori Butcher’s (삼거리 푸줏간), and K Pub, Malaysia’s bonafide and first fully-themed K-Pop bar.

For those of you who are not in the know, YG Foods, owned by South Korean entertainment juggernaut YG Entertainment, is a food and restaurant company led by Miss Noh Hee Young, Chief Executive Officer of YG Foods, Korea’s famous food and lifestyle celebrity. YG Republique Kuala Lumpur is under the care of its managing director, Miss Sainy Chun, a well-known figure in the Kuala Lumpur dining scene whose resume includes 2OX (a chic French bistro bar) and Maison Francaise (a French fine dining restaurant).

Alongside BIGBANG (빅뱅) member Seungri (real name Lee Seung-hyun; 이승현), the Natural High Record (NHR) artistes/DJs Glory, TPA, and Danu, as well as KPlus supermodels Yeon Hui and Soh Hee will also be attendance during the launch. And that’s not all! 2 more artistes that have just been added to the bill. Who are they?

Both are mates of Seungri. One of whom is the band leader and guitarist of a popular Korean band. The other is a multi-talented singer-songwriter, radio DJ, and TV personality who shot to fame in a Korean talent contest. He is also a band leader.

Tick tock, tick tock. Start guessing! All will be revealed at the YG Republique TREC Kuala Lumpur launch 😉

In other news, Seungri will play a DJ set at Kuala Lumpur’s superclub, Zouk Kuala Lumpur, after the YG Republique launch. so. And he won’t be alone! The Natural High Record (NHR) artistes/DJs Glory, TPA, and Danu will also be taking over the decks at the club on 11th August 2017.

YG Republique KL is located at Hive block at TREC Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia’s largest entertainment and F&B enclave on Jalan Tun Razak.
