Said to be the culmination of everything in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) since 2008’s “Iron Man”, “Avengers: Infinity War” boasts an all-star cast that includes Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bethany, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, and Josh Brolin.
Josh Brolin plays the Mad Titan aka Thanos, the big bad that first made his cinematic debut in a brief post credit scene in “The Avengers”. Despite having heard a lot about this villain, we haven’t really seen him in action or seen him at all, even. Luckily, Marvel has revealed the latest picture of Thanos via their exclusive poster for SDCC attendees, giving fans a good look at how he’ll appear in the highly anticipated “Avengers: Infinity War”.
The latest poster focuses on Thanos and his personal team, the Black Order. Unlike how he was depicted in the comics and the post-credit scenes of the earlier Marvel movies, it looks like Thanos won’t be wearing his famous headpiece. It’s a small cosmetic tweak but he sure looks different without his gear, but that’s not to say that he’ll be any less intimidating.

Psst. More “Avengers: Infinity War” details to come when Marvel releases the 3rd poster!
UPDATE (24th July):
Here it is! The full “Avengers: Infinity War” poster in all its glory.
Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers/Captain America can be seen sporting a beard, and Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow is rocking new blonde locks! There’s also Vision and Scarlet Witch in the background, as well as teen Groot (sniff, they grow up so fast) and the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Incredible. We’re super stoked about the movie.
“Avengers: Infinity War” is slated to be released on 4th May 2018.
