“Some doors can’t be closed.”
Halloween is going to be a little bit more special this year because the 2nd season of the thrilling original Netflix drama, “Stranger Things”, will be returning. Netflix released a new poster for the series, which features the core cast (except Eleven) and the monster-like inferno from the first trailer, which we must say, does look pretty Stephen King-esque.
The season’s description reads, “It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.”
In speaking about the highly-anticipated 2nd season, David Harbour (who plays Jim Hopper on the show) told E! News, “I do think that this season’s going to be a lot darker, and a lot bigger, and a lot faster-paced, and there’s a lot of scares, and there’s a lot of humor, so it’s just a very different flavour.”
Created, written, directed, dnd co-executive produced by the Duffer Brothers, additions to the cast this season include Paul Reiser, Sean Astin, Will Chase, and Brett Gelman.
