Ever wondered what it’s like to share a kiss with Zac Efron? Just ask Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, he would know.
The upcoming action comedy “Baywatch” reboot recently released a red band trailer and it features an underwater kissing scene between the 2 actors.
The scene appears to be of a dream Matt Brody (Efron’s character). In the snippet, he is seen locking lips with actress Alexandra Daddario. But when he pulls back, he’s horrified to find that it’s Mitch Buchannon (played by The Rock).
In speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Johnson revealed what it felt like to kiss Efron underwater during the funny “Baywatch” scene. “Millions and millions of young ladies, and ladies in general, want to know … His lips were like if you have a bottle and you shatter it on the ground – that shattered glass,” Johnson joked, before adding that his handsome co-star has “soft lips.”
However, Efron didn’t share the same fond memories as Johnson. When asked who was the better kisser between Johnson and Daddario, the 29-year-old hunk replied, “She (Alexandra) was a better kisser for sure. But it was funnier to look up and see Dwayne’s face.”

Johnson is still the reigning People’s Sexiest Man Alive. So could Efron potentially claim this year’s title? “Do I get a vote? Then yes, absolutely I could see that,” he told People. “I could see 1 out of 5 happening, I can’t divulge that right now, but he’s in the top 5.”
