She’s finally back!
After much anticipation, Selena Gomez and Norwegian DJ Kygo have finally released their new single, “It Ain’t Me”. This serves as a follow-up to “We Don’t Talk Anymore”, her collaboration with Charlie Puth last year.

“It Ain’t Me” is arguable one of the “Hands To Myself” singer’s most mature releases to date. Featuring guitar strums, piano notes, and the Norwegian DJ’s signature tropical melodies, the uptempo house track, which was co-written by Selena herself, tells the story of a love turned cold due to alcoholism.
“I had a dream/ We were sipping whisky neat/ Highest floor, the Bowery/ And I was high enough/ ‘Somewhere along the lines/ We stopped seeing eye to eye/ You were staying out all night/ And I had enough,” she sings at the 1st verse.
She continued, “Who’s gonna walk you through the dark side of the morning/ Who’s gonna rock you when the sun won’t let you sleep/ Who’s waking up to drive you home when you’re drunk and all alone/ Who’s gonna walk you through the dark side of the morning/ It ain’t me.”

Fans are wondering if the song is related to Selena’s relationship with Justin Bieber as the song comes shortly after her new boyfriend, The Weeknd, dropped “Some Way” with Toronto-based rapper Nav, where he seemingly took a jab at The Biebs’ bedroom skills.
