It’s Donnie Yen vs Vin Diesel in an epic showdown!

Paramount Pictures has just released a new clip from “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage” which shows Xander Cage attempting to chase down the deadly alpha warrior Xiang.

In the clip, we see Xander Cage leaving Serena Unger (Deepika Padukone) as he goes after Xiang. It looks like a typical chase sequence through a forest on dirt bikes – that is until the rivalry goes from land to sea. Both opponents take things to the next level when their motorcycles transform into motorcycles with jet ski surfboard.

We don’t really know what to make of it when both vehicles suddenly spawn skis that allows them to continue their chase across the water. Don’t you find it weird that the chaser and the person being followed both have these special aquatic motorcycles? Even if one of them is stolen, how did the other opponent learn to function the bike so quickly?

Dirk Libbey pointed out that “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage” seem to be taking a page out of the “James Bond” movies. The old school “James Bond” franchise is well known for insane gadgets that can come off as ridiculous at times, the diabolical bad guys, and the sexy women with silly names.

The latest “xXx” film appears to be focusing on Xander Cage and his team of secret agents rather than it being a solo effort like the previous films. If anything, the trailers released so far suggest that “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage” will be over the top.
