Remember when “Fifty Shades of Grey” was released last year and many complained that it wasn’t erotic enough? Well, here’s something for all you dissatisfied viewers to look forward to.
The anticipated sequel, “Fifty Shades Darker”, promises to be raunchier than the previous movie. That’s because the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) has slapped the new film with a hard R rating for “strong erotic sexual content, some graphic nudity, and language”.
Announcing that “Fifty Shades Darker” will feature sex and nudity is the least surprising news for fans who already know the storyline. If there’s anything to take note, it’s the possibility that viewers will be able to see Jamie Dornan in all his Christian Grey full frontal glory.
It’s only fair, no? Anastasia Steele shouldn’t have to shoulder the most physically revealing scenes all by herself. As Dirk Libbey points out, if this is about a relationship between 2 people, then Dornan should be as naked as Dakota Johnson. This will certainly encourage more people to watch it in cinemas.
Having said that, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if Malaysia decides to ban the “Fifty Shades” franchise again during it’s expected premiere date on 10th February 2017.
It feels like just yesterday that we were fanning ourselves over the sexy snapshots of the 2 actors filming their intimate honeymoon scenes in France.
