Blackjacks, rejoice!
It was recently reported that Former 2NE1 member Minzy Kong (공민지) is working on her 1st solo album and on Sunday (24th July), the singer officially launched her Facebook page! The singer also posted 2 gorgeous black-and-white photos on her social media and linked the Facebook page to her followers on Twitter and Instagram.

Seeing as fans have not seen Minzy since her departure from YG Entertainment and 2NE1, the singer posted an introductory video to greet her fans and promise that she will be updating them with more content soon.
In the video, she said:
“Today my official Facebook page opened! Applause!
In the future, I’ll let you all know about my news with more diverse content, and more quickly through my official Facebook. Be sure to ‘like’ the page.
Please send lots of love!”
22-year-old Minzy debuted through YG Entertainment’s 2NE1 in 2009 with “Fire” and the group quickly became one of the most popular female idol groups in K-Pop. On 5th April, she left the group to pursue a solo career.
The young artiste then signed an exclusive contract with The Music Works, an in-house subsidiary label of CJ E&M, a major entertainment and media contents company in South Korea in May. The entertainment company also houses Baek Ji Young, Yoo Sung Eun, Song Yoo Bin, and Produce 101’s Kim So Hee.
