Who is Lara Alana and why is she more popular than most of us combined?
To date, this 20-month-old toddler has over 1.7 million followers on Instagram and is close to reaching 1 million “likes” on her public Facebook page. In fact, she’s so well liked that her pictures and videos on social media never fail to attract thousands of “likes”, making her an obvious internet sensation.
So how did this precious cute girl become so famous? Well, it could be because little Lara is the daughter of local celebrities Awal Ashaari and Scha Alyahya. While most celebrity parents would choose to keep their children away from the spotlight, the celebrity couple have learnt to embrace Lara’s stardom as a positive thing.
The 32-year-old actress reveals that the comments on Lara’s social media platforms have provided them with some good parenting tips.
“We interact with our followers on parenting. Once, people commented that we should not allow Lara, nicknamed Rara, to sit on the floor with her legs folded and we looked it up online, we found out that it could harm a child’s growth. Since she is our first child, such positive comments taught us and helped us in raising her,” she said.
Besides that, Rara’s followers are also treated to a load of cuteness from her daily antics – from her playdates with friends, public appearances, and holidays trips to her fashionable “outfit of the day” posts (along with the hashtag #raraootd).
