The results are in.

The 2015 DJ Mag Top 100 just named Belgium DJ duo Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike as the #1 DJs in the world. The results of the annual poll were revealed at the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) just a couple of hours ago.

Dimitri Vegas Like Mike

This also effectively knocked Hardwell, who was world #1 for 2 consecutive years in a row, down to the #2 spot. Remember when Hardwell was very vocal about DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs campaign? Go figure.

On the ther hand, Martin Garrix, who was previously predicted to win, secured the #3 spot. The young DJ knocked trance extraordinaire Armin van Buuren down to #4.

Upon the announcement, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike were quoted as saying:

It really hasn’t properly sunk in yet. We just can’t believe it.

Yeah well, neither can we. To say the least.

Meanwhile, not all has gone to the dogs. Several other talents join the ranks this year, including KSHMR, Jack U, Disclosure, Shogun, Galantis, and Will Sparks.
