Earlier in August, an associate from B.A.P‘s agency TS Entertainment told Korean media outlet Top Star News that the Korean idol boy group was “thinking of coming back at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year”.
Well, it’s no longer just a thought now.
According to Soompi, citing an inside source, B.A.P will be making their long awaited comeback next month (November). The 6-member group is currently preparing to release the new album around the middle of November.
It’s a highly anticipated comeback as all 6 members of the idol boy group were embroiled in a lawsuit drama with their agency last November. At the time, they cited unfair income distribution and slave/invalid contracts as the reasons for them submitting the lawsuit to the Seoul Western District Court.
The members have since stayed out of the limelight by stopping all their activities. They communicated with their loyal fans through their own fan cafe while trying to come to a peaceful and amicable agreement with TS Entertainment.

Both parties held their first court trial on 13th March and through a series of “communicational trials and heartfelt efforts“, the group eventually agreed to return to the company in August this year.
The release of the new album will mark their first comeback in more than a year since the release of their first full-length studio album “First Sensibility” and 4th Japanese single “Excuse Me”.
The group is planning to hold a showcase and fully promote their new album through broadcasts and fan meetings. In fact, they will hold a showcase at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza at 3pm on 15th November for their comeback. All 6 members are said to have participated in creating their comeback album.
