It’s true – the most talked-about talk show featuring the world’s biggest stars is coming to Asia!

RTL CBS Entertainment HD today announced that it will bring “The Late Late Show with James Corden” to Asia.

36-year-old James Corden came to American late night TV with a growing list of award-winning and critically acclaimed credits. He is a Tony Award-winning performer on Broadway, a BAFTA- winning star of a UK TV series, a feature film actor, as well as an acclaimed host, writer and producer in several genres of television.


He took the reigns as host of “The Late Late Show” in March 2015 and since its first week on-air in the US, “The Late Late Show with James Corden” has consistently attracted Hollywood’s biggest stars helping make it one of this year’s most buzzed about new shows.


Tinseltown’s A-listers who have appeared on the show include Tom Hanks, Mila Kunis, David Beckham, Will Ferrell, One Direction, Kit Harington, and David Duchovny, to say the least 😉

The show’s official YouTube channel has racked up more than 50 million views due to the popularity of the show’s creative segments, which have featured actors like Tom Hanks and Arnold Schwarzenegger acting out their careers in a few minutes with Corden. The Carpool Karaoke segments with Mariah Carey, Iggy Azalea, and Justin Bieber have also become very popular on social media.

The social chatter around “The Late Late Show with James Corden” has also delivered huge ratings growth for CBS over the same time period the previous year. Fans and followers on Twitter and Facebook are up double to triple-digits, respectively. According to Nielsen Social,”The Late Late Show with James Corden” was also the most-social broadcast show in its time period in its first week and second among all late night talk shows.

The show’s bandleader is comedian/musician Reggie Watts, an internationally renowned vocalist, beatboxer, musician, comedian and improviser known for his musical sets that are created on the spot, using only his voice and a looping machine.


Featuring the world’s biggest stars,”The Late Late Show with James Corden” will air weeknights starting 3rd August at 11:45pm (10:45pm JKT/BKK) with a selection of the best episodes to-date as well current episodes aired express from the US’ Season 2 will premiere on 10th September at 11:45pm (10:45pm JKT/BKK).
