Well, well, well. It looks like Jared Leto isn’t the only actor to get a slightly dramatic physical transformation for his role in “Suicide Squad” because his co-star Will Smith recently debuted a new look as well.
Smith is set to star in the movie as Deadshot, a character that was portrayed by Bradley Stryker and Michael Rowe respectively in “Smallville” and “Arrow”. He marks the 3rd actor to portray the live-action version of Deadshot.
Deadshot is a key villain in the “Batman” comic book universe. He appeared in an animated feature film called “Batman: Assault on Arkham”, where the story focuses primarily on the “Suicide Squad” and his bond with Harley Quinn. Margot Robbie, who co-starred as Smith’s love interest in “Focus“, is set to portray Quinn. However, it is unclear whether Deadshot’s bond with Quinn will be featured in David Ayer’s upcoming DC Comics film.
As the production is currently underway in Toronto, Smith was spotted sporting a bald head for his role as Deadshot.

Meanwhile, Ayer revealed in a recent cast photo that Jim Parrack, Ike Barinholtz, and Adam Beach have also joined the film. Barinholtz is said to be portraying Dr. Hugo Strange while Beach is rumoured to be playing Ravan. Parrack is also said to be portraying Deathstroke.
Slated for release on 5th August 2016, “Suicide Squad” also stars Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc.
