Really, what else would make an experimental-ish music video complete and sell better than complete nudity? Especially so if the clip in mention stars none other than “Transformers” lead (no, not Optimus Prime or Bumblebee), Shia LaBeouf.
Directed by Alma Har’el, Icelandic band Sigur Rós’ new video for “Fjögur Píanó” is the third film in their “Mystery Film Experiment” series. Previously, it has seen a dozen filmmakers receiving the same budget to create whatever comes into their heads while listening to songs from Sigur Rós’ new album, “Valtari”.
“Fjögur Píanó” features a very naked (for reasons unexplained) Shia LaBeouf rocking a short pony tail and a beard, and dancer Deena Thomsen. In the video, it seems that they uh, wake up to each other and randomly decide to do some kinda weird, choreographed dance together for an entire morning. No need to rush for work whatsoever.
No jobs, no meetings, no..meaning? Warning: Not safe for work:

According to Alma, who spend about five days shooting the video, “The full nudity was not planned. It happened spontaneously over the five-day shoot.”
Ah, how? Did Shia suddenly decide to take off all his clothes? World’s greatest unsolved mystery, if you ask us.
“That’s the difference between working within a corporate system and something that artistically takes you place you wouldn’t expect. To me, it’s erotic, but it’s not selling anything”, he added.
Okay, well. One thing we must say though – the instrumental, uh, stuff playing in the background has a good tune. But who are we to comment?
We can barely concentrate on anything else when Shia is busy dancing in the buff!
