The stars and crew of 2012’s best SBS dramas and miniseries came together at the Seoul Mapogu SBS Prism Tower on 31st December 2012 to celebrate the end of the year and recognize the talent that shone over the past 12 months at the “2012 SBS Drama Awards“.
The big winner was Son Hyun Joo, who won the Daesang for his performance in “The Chaser“, a 2012 South Korean television series about a grieving father out for revenge against corrupt officials. Son Hyun Joo plays the lead role, Detective Baek Hong-suk, who goes from loving, doting father and cop to harrowed man hellbent on revenge.
