Two new watches are making waves this season.
Tissot introduces the PRX in Damascus steel, while Panerai celebrates the Lunar New Year with a design that blends East and West. Both stand out for their craftsmanship and style.
Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 “Damascus Steel”

Tissot is giving its beloved PRX collection a bold new edge with the debut of the first-ever PRX Powermatic 80 crafted in Damascus steel. Known for its distinctive layered patterns and legendary strength, this ancient material gives each watch a one-of-a-kind look, meaning no two cases or dials are ever the same. The 38mm timepiece blends modern design with classic craftsmanship, combining strength and style in one sleek watch.

Built from 70 layers of steel powder fused through high-pressure heat treatment, the Damascus PRX showcases mesmerizing wave-like patterns that shimmer differently from every angle. The black-nickeled indexes and baton hands add clarity against the steel’s textured backdrop, while the black leather strap with Damascus steel accents ties the look together in sleek, understated fashion.

Beyond the visuals, the watch still delivers the dependable precision the PRX line is known for. Powered by the Powermatic 80 automatic movement, it offers an impressive 80-hour power reserve and 100-meter water resistance—perfect for those who want their style and substance to match stride for stride.

The Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 in Damascus Steel is now available at $1,175 USD (~RM5,500) through Tissot boutiques and online. Each piece is unique and serves as a wearable work of steel art waiting for your wrist.
Panerai Radiomir 8 Giorni PAM02088

Panerai celebrates the Lunar New Year with the Radiomir 8 Giorni PAM02088, a limited-edition watch inspired by the brand’s iconic California dial. Limited to 300 pieces, this 45mm timepiece blends tradition and innovation with a unique mix of Roman and Chinese numerals. It’s a collector’s treasure and a true statement of global craftsmanship.

The distinctive half-Roman, half-Chinese dial sits against a black-to-anthracite gradient backdrop, illuminated by metallic blue burnished hands and beige Super-LumiNova® X1 for striking legibility. The effect is both artistic and symbolic—a nod to Panerai’s Italian roots and its growing connection with the Asian market.

The Radiomir 8 Giorni PAM02088 has a Brunito stainless steel case with a weathered finish that looks rugged yet refined. It runs on the P.5000 hand-wound caliber with an eight-day power reserve, a classic Panerai feature. With its dark green strap and sapphire caseback, every detail shows fine craftsmanship. More than a watch, it connects East and West through timeless design and celebrates the new year’s spirit of renewal.

The Panerai Radiomir 8 Giorni PAM02088 will be available in limited quantities (300 pieces) through Panerai boutiques in China later this month, followed by Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore in December, and the US, UK, Switzerland, and the Middle East in January 2026.
