Anyone still remember former EXO member and Canadian-Chinese soloist Kris Wu (吴亦凡)? Kris caused quite a stir last year among the K-pop community when he was arrested for preying on underaged girls. The issue went viral, especially after those involved in the matter shared their side of the story. But, it came to a conclusion.
Just last month (November 2022), Kris was sentenced to 13 years in prison and was allegedly set to be deported to Canada. However, a YouTuber recently came forward, claiming to have information about how Kris is currently doing in prison.
YouTuber “Old Wang (老王)” had apparently been the one to reveal the news about Kris. The YouTuber claimed that since Kris’s sentence, he’s been having a pretty hard life in the detention centre. And, Old Wang added that a surprising fact about Kris had also gotten debunked!
Apparently, Kris had previously claimed he was rather well endowed. In fact, he reportedly told a girl, “I’m big, bear with me.” This claim had also supposedly been backed by Du Meizhu, an influencer who was later instrumental in putting Kris behind bars.
However, Old Wang begs to differ. The YouTuber claimed an inside source had revealed Kris was not as well endowed as he thought he was. In fact, he had supposedly been described as “malnourished” and “average“. The source had supposedly discovered this during a mandatory physical examination.
That wasn’t all that was revealed to Old Wang. The YouTuber then went on to share that Kris has supposedly been experiencing emotional breakdowns while in prison. A few inmates had reportedly witnessed Kris secretly crying several times in the night. It is suspected that he could not bear his current living conditions in prison.
With reports circulating about Kris’s potential deportation to Canada, it’s natural to expect him to be emotional. There is a belief that Kris could be charged under Canadian law as well, and may face the punishment of chemical castration. The act will supposedly suppress one’s sexual desire by reducing one’s hormones.
It’s certainly a sad and telling end to a once lauded star. While we cannot and will not speak for his victims, we hope they will be able to find peace from his actions.
