Remember the Grab rider who stopped in the middle of the road to rescue a tiny kitten? Many, including Grab themself, praised him for his heroic deeds and his willingness to bring the kitten along with him after saving it from being roadkill.
Another hero also went viral after she discovered something that fell off the car in front of her while she was driving. Here’s the full story:

Yesterday (Monday, 14th August), a woman who goes by @kymaniena_ on Twitter posted a video as well as photos of a kitten she rescued at the UiTM Puncak Alam junction. In her dashcam recording, she showed that she and the Myvi in front of her were driving forward after the traffic light turned green. Much to her surprise, she saw a small kitten fall from underneath the vehicle and onto the road.
The woman immediately stopped her car to save the poor feline. Assuming that the Myvi driver was probably the owner, she took to Twitter to ask for netizens’ help to search for the kitten’s family. Even influencer Ceddy Ang helped retweet the post in hopes that the kitten will return to its rightful owner. While waiting for someone to claim the tiny animal, the young woman and her mother bought essentials such as milk and blankets to care for it for the time being.
Sadly, the Twitter user didn’t receive any information about the Myvi driver. However, after much consideration, she decided to give the kitten up for adoption, and thankfully someone was willing to welcome a new member to their family. Her original tweet went viral with most netizens praising the young woman for rescuing the small, defenseless creature that fell in the middle of the road.
Some also tweeted that they hope the kitten is in good hands in her new forever home. We applaud the rescuer for caring for the animal and doing her best to find it a new loving family.
