People usually have a very good idea of how life should go. The basic dream is to find someone, start dating, get married and live together until you’re old. However, one thing everyone disagrees about is the timeline. That’s definitely the case for local YouTuber Chang Yong (蔡常勇)!
Chang Yong and his girlfriend and fellow content creator Wen Shu Sen (溫舒森) have been together for a long time. In fact, they recently celebrated their 8th anniversary together. However, amidst the congratulatory messages, some wanted to know when the duo were getting married.
The YouTuber couple released a post for their 8th anniversary on the 1st of August. Both Chang Yong and Shu Sen performed a choreographed dance at Genting SkyWorlds, while wearing matching pink outfits. The couple’s synchronised dance was unfortunately ended when the device used to record the performance fell off.
Still, the duo rolled with the accident. “Oops,” Shu Wen cheerfully commented. “Got a present for my birthday.” Chang Yong jokingly said, “Can you see me perfunctorily dealing with (our) eight anniversary?” Their little video garnered over 46,000 likes with many wishing the duo well.
However, some also took the opportunity to ask when they were going to tie the knot. This included their fellow YouTuber and friend, Phei Yong. “What are you waiting for after eight years?” he demanded. Of course, some ‘struck back’ in the comments, teasing Phei Yong about his single status. “People have been (dating) for eight years. What about you?” one said. “Waiting for you to sponsor their wedding,” another cheekily said.
Well, neither one has responded to comments about marriage. However, many are certain its inevitable! So, hopefully we’ll hear wedding bells from the duo soon.
