It was an eventful weekend for Malaysian MOAs. After years of waiting, K-pop sensations TOMORROW X TOGETHER (투모로우바이투게더), fondly known as TXT (투바투), finally held their first concert in Kuala Lumpur.
The quintet performed at Axiata Arena on Valentine’s Day (Saturday, 14th February), marking their first-ever appearance in Malaysia. The show is also the last stop for their “ACT: TOMORROW” world tour. Understandably, fans were excited for the concert. However, it appears that the TXT members were also equally pleased with their performance and the response they received since landing in KL.

During the concert, leader Soobin (수빈) took the opportunity to thank the fans, saying he was glad that the group held their last concert stop in Malaysia. He also noted the fans’ passion and warmth, adding that the group also had a great time. Notably, he also thanked the fans who welcomed them at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), praising them for being well-behaved and maintaining a respectful distance.
Ending his speech, Soobin said he felt touched by the fans’ attitude and that he had fallen in love with Malaysian MOAs and their warm hospitality. The other members also shared a similar sentiment, with Taehyun (태현) saying the night’s performance left him wondering why it took the group years to visit Malaysia. He also noted that he feels a special connection to the country, revealing that his first overseas trip was to Kota Kinabalu.

Fans at the concert also noted that all members appeared enthusiastic during their performances and actively interacted with the crowd. During his solo stage, Yeonjun (연준) even went up close to the audience. Despite being in arm’s reach of the idol, MOAs still make sure to maintain boundaries. A day after the show, TXT dropped a special video of their “I’ll See You There Tomorrow” encore stage on their YouTube channel, memorialising their KL concert.
TXT has since returned to Seoul after spending a weekend in KL, making sure to show gratitude to fans at the airport one last time before they board their flight. Let’s hope it won’t be long until the members return to Malaysia.
