A recent video shared by Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza has got netizens bawling their eyes out! For those who don’t know, the Malaysian no. 1 singer is currently spending the last days of Ramadan performing umrah at the holy city of Mecca.
The legendary songstress didn’t forget to share with her loyal fans on Instagram some interesting moments during her trip there. Yesterday (Tuesday, 26th April), Siti uploaded a 13-minute video of herself while sitting in front of the Kaabah, together with the other Muslim pilgrims. A snippet from the video was also reposted by TikToker @kick_kapoor8989.

“It feels nice being able to share with you guys this clear view of the Kaabah and the atmosphere in Mecca. This is what I miss the most actually. Feeling like a normal person, being able to sit together like this, it makes me feel so small. People don’t know me here. Each and everyone of them are busy praying. This feels so amazing, this is what I miss the most,” the “Sesuci Lebaran” singer said, with tears in her eyes.
She added, “Alhamdulillah, God has granted my wish. Although my husband didn’t come with me, he gave me his permission (to perform umrah). Although it’s hard for me to leave my children, Afwa and Aafiyah, behind, I know He will always take good care of them.”
The posting drew plenty of attention from netizens on social media. One commentator wrote, “After finishing her SPM exams, TokTi has never experienced living her life like a normal person. Being able to travel here in peace, with no fans following her around; that’s why she’s touched.”
