(Video) Restaurant Staff In Kedah Caught Working In Only His Underwear

As you may already know, one of the risks of dining out is the restaurant’s cleanliness and quality of food but, it appears that customers now have one more thing they need to worry about and that is the workers’ uniforms, or lack thereof. This man never thought he would see an almost completely naked restaurant staff when he dined in.

Earlier this week, a video circulated on social media that showed a customer being surprised by a strange sight at a Nasi Kandar restaurant. In the video shared, the customer was disturbed to find that one of the workers at the restaurant was wearing nothing but his underwear.

The almost-naked staff appeared to be washing the cooking utensils at the back but left the door open, leaving him exposed. After realising he was being recorded, the staff immediately tried to hide himself while being called out by the customer for his indecency.

The other restaurant workers were seen covering for their nearly nude colleague as well, asking the customer to stop recording. The exact name of the food establishment was not specified but it was speculated that it was a popular restaurant in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Shortly after the video went viral, netizens flooded the comments section with most being both shocked and amused by the incident. Some questioned why the staff stripped down to his underwear at work while others joked that the undressed man was simply making himself comfortable at work and that his “uniform” was the secret recipe to the restaurant’s delicious food.

At the time of writing, there have been no updates on whether the customer filed a complaint or a police report against the restaurant. The eatery itself has yet to release a statement to address the situation. Would you be disturbed by a server in only his underwear?
