Hong Kong star Nicholas Tse (谢霆锋) started his career as a singer but hasn’t performed on stage much since transitioning to acting. However, he recently performed at the “MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest (美狮锋味摇滚美食节)”, treating fans to a medley of his hit songs.
The event held at the MGM Macau is an annual event celebrating food and music. Besides being the festival’s co-organiser, Nicholas was also the concert headliner. During the event, the singer charmed fans with a captivating performance of his songs, including “The Sinner (罪人)” and “Blue Sky (青空)”. The star also showed off his guitar skills, playing acoustic and electric guitar during his gig.
However, the singer also went viral for one specific portion of his performance. At one point, Nicholas sat on a drum box with his legs spread open, prompting some fans to notice his bulge. This image caused a frenzy on social media, especially amongst his female fans. However, some fans tried to explain the scene, suggesting that the bulge was likely because of the design of his pants.
Nevertheless, many of Nicholas’ fans were happy to see him back on stage and performing. Some said the performance reignited their interest in him, given that many started liking the star when he was active as a singer. Some even urged him to hold another concert soon, lamenting that it’s been a while since his last solo show. Meanwhile, some fans praised his looks, saying he looks great despite being in his mid-40s.
Unfortunately, Nicholas hasn’t directly announced plans for a comeback concert but did hint at wanting to perform more. Regardless, we know his fans will be very excited when the day comes.
