It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for – the reveal of the Top 15 finalists for the 2024 Miss Hong Kong Pageant (2024香港小姐競選)! Despite a turbulent start, TVB has officially announced 15 finalists who are in the running for the coveted Miss Hong Kong crown. On 15th July (Monday), the 15 finalists appeared before journalists at a press conference to formally introduce themselves.
TVB’s General Manager, actor Eric Tsang, was also at the press conference to announce five shooting locations for this year’s pageant. The finalists, in batches, will begin filming in Inner Mongolia, Saipan, Singapore, Philippines and Hong Kong before heading to the finals in September 2024. The 15 finalists for the 2024 Miss Hong Kong Pageant are:

- Jessie Chan (陳紫佟)
- Ellyn Ngai (倪樂琳)
- Candice Wong (王汛文)
- Zoie Tse (謝淑怡)
- Kimmy Chong (莊曉婷)
- Adria Li (李曼思)

TVB also revealed the names of the five contestants who received the most votes during the preliminary voting round. In no particular order, the five contestants were Rose Chen, Adria Li, Emily Leung, Clary Wu and Ellyn Ngai. TVB also received almost 200,000 votes during the period, showcasing the public’s enthusiasm for this year’s event.
It’s also worth noting that former contestants Kelly Kwok and Savannah Chen didn’t make it to the Top 15. However, it’s unsure whether it was due to their previous controversies of contract dispute and alleged bribery or just because of low votes. Before the preliminary round, several contestants have also withdrawn from the competition, citing issues with TVB’s contract.

We wish the best of luck to the 15 finalists in their journey to be the next Miss Hong Kong! Which one of these beauties are you rooting for?
