(Video) Man In Penang Parks His Car At A Bridge & Throws His Trash Into The River

It’s honestly infuriating to see people littering whenever they’re out and about. It’s baffling how these individuals lack the common sense to throw their trash in the nearest bin and even then, some would simply leave the trash on top or around the bin.

From time to time, we’d hear stories of how some people throw their waste in rivers or into the sea that will inevitably contribute to environmental pollution. This man couldn’t have cared less about the environment as he was recently caught throwing his trash in a river.

A netizen who goes by Awee Razak posted a video and 2 photos earlier this week on the B40 Buat Perangai Apa Harini Facebook group. The video showed an elderly man walking out of his Honda Jazz car parked at the side of a bridge before shamelessly throwing a trash bag into a river. According to the netizen, the incident took place nearby Masjid Seberang Jaya in Pulau Pinang.

“Who knows, maybe this man had parked his car at the side of the road to feed the fish in the river,” the Facebook user sarcastically wrote. The netizen also revealed that the man apparently threw another bag into the river but didn’t manage to catch the act on camera in time. Not satisfied with the Honda driver’s actions, the photos provided by Awee exposed the man’s car’s license plate number.

The post caught the attention of other Malaysian netizens. Many condemned the man for his inconsiderate behaviour, saying how uncivilised he is for throwing his trash in the river while others tagged the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) in hopes that the man will be caught for his actions.

At the time of writing, there is currently no update from the Facebook user if the wrongdoer has been caught or if the authorities have been made aware of the situation. Let this be a reminder to always keep our environment clean and throw our waste properly using the bins or containers provided.
