Celebrities losing followers on their social media is a common thing, especially if they’re embroiled in a controversy. However, imagine losing followers simply for being yourself or more specifically, for showing what you actually look like without all the makeup and glamorous outfits.
Any fan would be thrilled to see their idols in a more casual manner, as they can relate to them better but sadly that wasn’t the case for model Zahnita Wilson who lost tons of followers after posting a video of her bare face.

Local model and actress Zahnita Wilson (real name Zahnita Dorothy binti Hussein Wilson) has been featured on the front cover of multiple beauty and fashion magazines such as Nona, Pesona Pengantin, and Keluarga since the mid to late 2000s. A few days ago, the celeb posted a video of herself without makeup hanging out with her daughter outdoors in the rain.
Shortly after posting the video, it was said that the mother-of-four lost hundreds of her followers on Instagram. She then posted another video the following day wearing a little bit of make-up with a caption that reads, “Followers dropped a few hundred after the last post, oops! Can you imagine if I turned on all the trolling comments?”. While she paid no attention to the haters, she did thank her fans for their supportive and kind comments.

In both the follow-up and previous posts, true fans and even fellow celebs have shown nothing but love and support for the 38-year-old, adding she looks beautiful with or without makeup. There were also a few who questioned her current features.
Strangely enough, this actually wasn’t the first time the Australian-born public figure posted her bare face online but for some reason, there are still those who are surprised after seeing her sans makeup. Regardless, we personally agree with the public that she looks a-okay just the way she is.
