Perverts these days have been getting creative with how they’re secretly film their victims. Some put on disguises to sneak into the female restroom to spy on their victims while others attached their phones to their feet in order to film upskirt videos of women in public.

This man tried to take advantage of the crowd during an event at a mall in Kuala Lumpur to secretly film upskirt videos of female celebs. Unfortunately for him, he wasn’t being as discreet as he thought when he was caught red-handed by one of the male celebs who attended the event. Watch:

Over the weekend, actor and DJ Jack Lim posted a video of an incident that happened during the Lunar New Year movie, “Dragon Dragon Dragon Dragon” promotion at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. According to the captions, the actor caught and apprehended a pervert who was taking upskirt videos of female celebs who attended the event, including YouTuber Han Xiao Ai, former radio announcer Joey Kong, and singer Nicole Low.

He thanked his fellow artist, Henry, as well as a delivery rider for helping him confront and catch the offender when he tried to escape the mall. As seen in the video above, the perpetrator tried to hide his face as he was being confronted by the people surrounding him. At one point during the video, Jack Lim can be seen kicking the 33-year-old pervert for his inappropriate actions.

The 48-year-old movie star then admitted that he acted too violently and apologised for his aggression towards the culprit. “I admit that I was impulsive but you have to know how crazy these perverts can be,” he said. It was reported that he stayed at the police station until nearly 2am to help with the investigations.

Meanwhile, Han Xiao Ai also shared an Instagram Story of the list of videos of the victims on the man’s phone who is allegedly a repeat offender. She urged the victims to come forward to help the authorities with the investigations. After the video went viral, netizens thanked Jack Lim for apprehending the pervert. Many said that the actor didn’t need to apologise for kicking the man, saying that he deserved it.

The case is reportedly being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code and Section 41 of the Minor Offences Act 1955. Well done to Jack and everyone involved in catching the perpetrator. Who knows what he would do with those videos on his videos?
