The young entrepreneur is known not only as a savvy businessman but also for his generosity towards both staff and fans. He previously held a contest offering 10 of his customers an all-expenses-paid trip to New Zealand.
Before the star sets off for the land of hobbits later this month, he recently treated his employees to a company trip. What made this one special was that all of them were able to experience five days of luxury. Here was how things went down:
On Wednesday (1st October), Khairul Aming shared a video of himself treating 100 employees from his Kelantan factory to a five-day trip to Kuala Lumpur. This has always been the content creator his way of showing gratitude to the hardworking people who have helped him build his company, having organised similar trips in the past.
The video began with the team checking into the Marriott Hotel after arriving in two buses. As shown in the clip, the staff were in awe as they entered their spacious rooms, which also offered a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Each employee was given an allowance to spend during the trip, and at dinner, their employer treated them to a lavish meal featuring wagyu beef, with the bill amounting to several thousand ringgit.
The real fun began the following day, when Khairul Aming took everyone to enjoy the Splash Mania Gamuda Cove waterpark, followed by a wetland tour. Other activities during the trip included go-karting, virtual reality (VR) games and a visit to Aquaria KLCC. The video has since gone viral, with netizens expressing both envy and happiness for the staff, who are seen as fortunate to have a boss like Khairul Aming.
Many also urged other employers to follow the influencer’s example by generously rewarding their employees for their hard work. Others praised the business owner for his humility and for always giving back to his team.
