After a lengthy separation process, Malaysian celebrity couple Kamal Adli and Uqasha Senrose have officially divorced. The pair ended their nearly three-year marriage after months of conflict and ongoing disputes.
According to reports, Kamal and Uqasha officially divorced with a talak satu (first pronouncement of divorce) on 12th January 2026 (Monday). The pair appeared before Syarie Judge Siti Noraini Mohd Ali at the Federal Territories Syariah Court. Kamal made the divorce pronouncement, following the court’s approval of Uqasha’s divorce application.

Kamal and Uqasha’s marriage has been the subject of new headlines for months after fans noticed the couple slowly growing distant. The actress would later file for divorce on 1st October 2025, sparking heated reactions. While Uqasha remained determined to separate from her husband throughout the legal proceedings, Kamal expressed his intention to save his marriage.
In an interview with the media after exiting the court, Kamal admitted he is still unwilling to split from his wife. However, he added that he was advised to proceed with the divorce, saying it’ll give him space to reconcile with Uqasha. On the other hand, his now-ex-wife says she has no plans for reconciliation, adding that she just wants to move on.

The pair married in November 2021, and have one daughter, Hawra Uqaira, aged one year and eight months. It’s believed that Uqasha will have custody of their daughter, with Kamal allowed regular visits. To the media, Kamal pleaded with his wife not to make it difficult for him to see Hawra, saying that she’s all he has now.
With both sides not seeing eye-to-eye anymore, it’s hard to tell whether Kamal and Uqasha will ever reconcile. Regardless, we wish them both the best in their respective futures. Listen to what the two stars have to say about their divorce:
