Despite the growing discourse about malls in Malaysia, Klang Valley has recently welcomed a new shopping complex to its roster. Introducing the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Mall, which has officially opened its doors today!
The KLGCC Mall held its soft opening on 24th October 2025 (Friday), welcoming its first batch of visitors. Some reports suggest the mall will have its grand opening ceremony later this weekend. The mall is located within the KLGCC Resort in Bukit Kiara, next to the Sime Darby Convention Centre. It spans approximately 600,000 sq ft of gross floor area and boasts 1,000 parking bays.
Many stores within the four-storey mall have already begun operations, including the anchor tenant Jaya Grocer Signature. Months before its opening, KLGCC Mall has already reached an 85% occupancy rate. Other brands which have already opened their doors include Toys ‘R Us, AEON Wellness, NAK NAK, Gula Cakery Petite and Serai. As previously reported, the Serai Group will also anchor a dedicated lifestyle and dining zone in the mall.
As with most mall openings, KLGCC Mall is offering a special giveaway to selected shoppers: spend a minimum of RM300 in two combined receipts, and shoppers can redeem a limited-edition insulated bag. Additionally, the tenants also have opening specials and exclusive discounts. There is also a limited-time art, tech and wellness event taking place from today onwards, featuring an art exhibition and workshops.
