For the longest time, fans have been very supportive of actress Amelia Henderson’s romantic relationship with actor Aedy Ashraf. It even got to a point where many speculated about the lovebirds tying the knot sometime in the future but sadly, that it wasn’t meant to be.
Recently, it was reported that the two stars have broken up and the Studio Sembang host has addressed their relationship status during a livestream saying that although they may not be as close as they used to be, they’re still very good friends. However, when asked if there’s a possibility they might get back together, here’s what the “One Million Dollar Voice” star had to say:
During the same livestream, Amelia revealed that it’s highly unlikely that she’ll ever get back together with Aedy Ashraf. The actress hinted that the reason why the relationship didn’t work out was because it felt one-sided. “What I’ve learned from this relationship is that no matter how much you love someone or want to help them in their journey, sometimes it’s best to just let them grow on their own,” she said.
The 28-year-old added that she will be more careful in the future when it comes to getting into romantic relationships. “Sometimes you have to let these people go so that, even when you’re no longer together, they could become better versions of themselves in a much healthier way.” Apart from that, the celeb did not disclose what exactly happened between her and her now-former lover which led to them going their separate ways.
Meanwhile, Aedy Ashraf had nothing to say about the breakup but he previously told reporters that he was not jealous as rumours suggested when Amelia was photographed with and received praise from actor Sharnaaz Ahmad after the two worked together on their latest movie “Blood Brothers”.
