Recently, Malaysia has been welcoming a number of international celebrities. Chinese actress Fan Bingbing hinted that she is currently in the country, possibly to film her new movie. Meanwhile, UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov met fans at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur during his “The Path of a Champion” tour.
Another public figure has made her way to our shores, but unlike the other celebrities mentioned, she comes from a different entertainment industry. Over the weekend, Kae Asakura, famously known as Rae Lil Black (䙥), shared on her socials that she was enjoying her time in Kuala Lumpur but who exactly is she?

Rae Lil Black is a Japanese adult film star who made her debut in 2016, according to her IMDb. Apart from her X-rated content, the influencer is also an athlete and recently moved to Thailand to learn Muay Thai. She enjoys travelling and often posts vlogs about the countries she visits on her official YouTube channel. The AV star previously announced that she would be coming to Kuala Lumpur in September and has certainly kept her word, sharing updates about her visit on her social media platforms.
In a recent TikTok post, the actress was dressed modestly, wearing a headscarf, a loose black long-sleeved blouse, and green satin trousers as she visited Dataran Merdeka. “Hello Kuala Lumpur,” she captioned the video. While she was in the area, she did a quick livestream and revealed that she bought hijabs when she went shopping earlier. “I love the hijab so much that I bought 5 of them today. I think I look very pretty in hijab,” she said during the broadcast.
In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery that evening, the entertainer also visited Nasi Kandar Pelita, where she tried their signature dish: Nasi Kandar. Embracing the full Malaysian experience, the young star opted to use her hands instead of cutlery to enjoy her meal.

Sadly, Rae’s visit here wasn’t all enjoyable as she was harassed by strangers at one point. “Last night, people stalked me on the street, one grabbed me even. I thought Kuala Lumpur was a safe city. It’s [quite amusing] that I thought so,” she tweeted. It’s unfortunate that she had to experience that but we hope that Rae still enjoyed her time here in Malaysia.
