It’s normal for parents to be concerned for their children’s well-being, especially when experiencing something completely new. Most, if not all, parents would be worried about how their children would react or behave when boarding a flight for the first time.

Thankfully for this mother, her son was more than excited to get on a plane for the first time but what she didn’t expect is how he reacted when they reached their destination. Here’s what happened:

This is definitely a story for the books. Nor Izzaty posted a video on her TikTok about her experience of flying from KL to Kelantan. At first, the mother-of-two was worried about her youngest child boarding the flight for the first time but he turned out to be very excited about the experience, maybe even too excited.

As seen in the video above, apparently, after landing in Kelantan, the 4-year-old boy refused to exit the plane. But fortunately for the young mother, one AirAsia flight attendant offered to carry her wailing son out of the aircraft as he was too heavy for her to carry herself.

Speaking to mStar, 32-year-old shared about the hilarious problem she had to face. Izzaty said that her crying child refused to get off the flight as he wanted to go for another ride. “I was worried when he started crying and the cabin crew even came up to offer their help,” she told the publication. She revealed that she felt embarrassed when they passed by the passengers at the gate who were waiting to board their flight.

“Alhamdulillah, my son is fine. I’m also sorry if the flight was slightly delayed because of my son that day,” said the content creator. Izzaty then posted a follow-up video to show their journey back to KL. This time, the TikToker made sure her son was on his best behaviour and that he was awake when they landed because there was no one to carry him.

The content caught the attention of netizens with many finding the whole incident humorous and wholesome while parents in the comments relate to her struggle. “Thank you to the cabin crew for their help and to the flight attendant for carrying my son. I’m sure he can’t wait for his next flight,” said Izzaty.
