DAY6 (데이식스)’s upcoming concert is probably the most talked-about concert lately and we can understand why. Ever since the full details were officially announced, fans have been hoping that the organiser Live Nation Malaysia could consider changing the venue from Mega Star Arena to Axiata Arena to allocate more people.
It has even gotten to the point where Malaysians are asking international fans to stay put and skip the KL show so that they won’t have to claw their way into the queue to purchase the tickets to see the band live. That’s only half the trouble that My Days have been facing but it seems that there could be a solution to all of them.

Earlier today (Thursday, 22 August), concert ticketing website Go Live Asia tweeted that there will be a show announcement happening tomorrow. Obviously, they didn’t actually specify nor give clues about what the announcement will be about but scrolling through the replies and quotes, many are hoping that there will be some changes made regarding DAY6’s upcoming concert.
As seen in the screenshots below, countless fans are manifesting that the venue could be upgraded to Axiata Arena. Others are anticipating that the band will perform for 1 more night to give the chance to those who couldn’t manage to purchase the tickets due to the small event space. Some asked if it was possible for the organisers to build a 360° stage so they could live the same concert experience as other fans around the world.

After checking through Live Nation’s social accounts, so far, there has been no indication of making fans’ wishes come true. Ticket pre-sales are all sold out and general sales will go live tomorrow but there have been complaints about the website’s ticketing system. At the time of writing, Go Live Asia has yet to address the issue.
Let’s hope that there will be good news tomorrow.
