Malaysia’s all-time favourite savoury snack Twisties announced the start of auditions for Twisties Superstarz X this week, calling young Malaysian talents who have the “X” factor to seize their chance to become the next music icon.
This year the competition returns – bigger, bolder and better than before, in the form of Superstarz X. Beyond just looking for a talent who can sing, the Twisties Superstarz X is on a greater mission to discover the next icon – a Superstar with the “X” Factor.

To find the ultimate entertainer, Twisties Superstarz X will be conducted through three phases: on-ground and online auditions, online voting, and grooming sessions combined with challenges (The Voice, The Rhythm, The Style, and The Superstar). The finalists will be groomed by Malaysia’s top stars Altimet and Prema Yin.
Contestants of the Twisties Superstarz X stand the chance to win amazing prizes:
- First Prize: Record an original song and music video worth RM25,000
- Second Prize: Studio recording time worth RM7,000
- Third Prize: RM3,000 worth of instruments or vocal lessons
